The Riverworks Business Improvement District #25 provides two grants for businesses within the district; the Concept Design Grant and the Façade, Safety and Security Improvement Grant. The Concept Design Grant will share the cost of developing a conceptual design and cost estimate for 100% of the consultant cost up to $1,000.  The Façade, Safety and Security Improvement Grant program provides reimbursable grants for 50% of the total cost a project up to a maximum of $10,000.  Please see the Grant Program Guidelines 2023 for specific requirements.
 

Please note that only work begun after approval by the Riverworks BID Grant Committee will be eligible for a grant.
